#1. Where did you learn about the Freeschool Community? Where did you pick up our newspaper, Natural Learning, with information about the freeschool?
#2. Full Name (or nickname) and Contact information. We prefer a telephone number (that will not be published), email address and any other contact information.
#3. Title of Class/Workshop and Date(s)/Time(s) of Class. - select your top three options.
#4. Location. All classes can be held on-site at the Freeschool or off-site anywhere in Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater or anywhere throughout Thurston County and the surrounding Counties.
#5. Please enter a description of your class. Please use no more than 100 words since catalog space is limited (a longer description can be listed on our website). Include any supplies that participants may need to bring.
Optional. If you want a photo of you or your class listed in our newspaper, website, photo album, and posters along with your class description attach it to your email.

You can walk-in to the freeschool and drop it off in the brown box on the left hand wall marked "Catalog Order Form Drop Box" at our Physical Address.
