Dr. Dawn P. Miller serves as Vice President of The Free School Community Children & Family Foundation, Inc., guided by a steadfast belief in the transformative power of education and collective upliftment. With roots in both teaching and Information Technology in the banking sector, she brings a thoughtful balance of strategy, heart, and vision to her work with children and families.

Dr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude), an MBA, and a Doctor of Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership. Her journey reflects a lifelong commitment to expanding opportunities and nurturing the potential within every community.
